Join us in the woods for an incredible camping experience. The Outdoor Adventure Camp gives you the experience of a lifetime. We get to sleep in tents, go on mountain hikes, and go on canoe trips. We also do crafts, archery, games, singing, swimming, talent night, and of course tuck! The OAC is a memorable camp, and it’s something you will never forget.
What is Offsite? It’s a game of running through trees, pretending to be pirates. A sunset swim in a clear lake. Making s’mores and bannock over a crackling fire. A song that spreads from canoe to canoe. Paddling past loons. Seeing stars brighter then you’ll ever see them in the city. Running through the site yelling like turkeys. Learning how to tie a knot, recognize a plant, and start a campfire. Listen to your counsellor tell a great story as you drift to sleep in your tent.
The Outdoor Adventure Camp accommodates 16 campers. The camp’s focus is inclusive, respecting the variety of backgrounds and traditions. Each group of boys or girls is supervised by two teenaged counsellors. Adult staff members include several directors, a camp health care person, two qualified lifeguards, two cooks, and a site manager.
