What happens at camp, anyway?

Crafts, archery, games, swimming, mountain climbing, talent night, tuck shop and even a canoe trip!

Campers get to stay in tents all week. The Outdoor Adventure Camp accommodates 16 campers. The camp's focus is inclusive, respecting the variety of backgrounds and traditions. Each group of boys or girls is supervised by two teenaged counsellors. Adult staff members include several directors, a camp health care person, two qualified lifeguards, two cooks, and a site manager.

What is offsite?

A game of running through the trees, pretending to be pirates. A sunset swim in a clear lake. Making s'mores and bannock over a crackling fire. A song that spreads from canoe to canoe. Paddling past loons. Seeing stars brighter than you'll ever see them in the city. Running through the site yelling like turkeys. Learning how to tie a knot, recognize a plant, Listening to your counselor tell a great story as you drift to sleep in your tent, surrounded by new and old friends.
